We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. Your insurance protection should at least include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability insurance.

No, you cannot change airlines. You would need to cancel your current ticket and rebook with a new airline. Please keep in mind that cancellation fees may apply, and refunds can take up to 6 weeks to process. 

Yes, Jetstar is the only airline that offers direct flights to Phuket, Thailand. The flights operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. 

If you selected a refundable fare, please note that Jetstar does not provide a full refund. Instead, you will receive a credit voucher for the amount paid. 

No, if you would like to pay with or use your points, you will need to make your booking directly on the airline's website. 

Yes, you can request an early check-in; however, it is not guaranteed and depends on availability on the day of check-in. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend booking the night before. For late check-out, it is also subject to availability on the day. The hotel may request a half/full-day payment to guarantee the late check-out.
